Caroline wanted a bathroom that suited the overall style of her home.

So, when she reached out to the A-Plan Team, we began by discussing her preferences and her vision for the bathroom. From there, we came up with a plan to customise the space to capture Caroline’s unique style – all within the target budget.

Project Description

We collaborated together with this client to create a bathroom that met both her preferences and budget. With the help of the A Plan Design Team, Caroline now has a bathroom that has the perfect balance of aesthetics and functionality.

Every detail of this project was specifically chosen to keep an open floor plan, maintain a light and airy feel and make good use of all the space available.

Project Details

Caroline’s choice of Kit Kat tiles

To match the slim finger mosaic Artedomus Kit Kat tiles of her kitchen, we designed the bathroom with the same tile shape and light-colour scheme in mind. Offering consistency across both spaces together with colour Antilia floor tiles, the result was a modern bathroom with a spacious and airy feel.

Built-in ledge for additional storage

To maximise space in a smaller bathroom, the wall ledge was installed to hide the in-wall cistern from view and also functions as benchtop storage for decoration and other bathroom essentials. Finished with a colour stone countertop, this feature creates a modern look whilst also being practical.

Designed to complement existing structures

With beautiful stained-glass windows already in place, our A Plan design team developed this bathroom’s concept with the balance of new and existing in mind.

Using techniques to maintain the structural integrity of the windows, the bathroom incorporates original and new.

Wall mounted basin to accentuate space

The Elm wall mounted ceramic basin was chosen to minimise clutter in the bathroom and for easy ongoing cleaning.
Accompanied by chrome Icon finishes and a superior quality round bottle trap to meet hygiene standards and complete the look of the space.
