The Steps

Appointment
Make an appointment on-line or by phone to see one of our in-house designers at our Camperdown showroom.

Preparation
Download a Kitchen Planner from our website and copy down the details of your existing kitchen floor plan and appliances. Bring this with you to the meeting.

Plan
In consultation with our experienced designer, develop a new kitchen plan based on your existing floor space and appliances. Preview 3D perspectives of the plan in our showroom. Take the opportunity to make any changes and to confirm colour choices.

Finishes
Whilst in our showroom, select from a range of finishes such as bench tops, doors, splashbacks, handles, lighting, etc to complement your new kitchen.

Quote/ Contract
Once all changes to the kitchen plan have been made and approved and the finishes selected, A-Plan will provide an accurate quote designed to fit your budget and needs. With the quote approved and the contract signed a 10% deposit is paid.

Site Check
A site check is arranged to confirm the details of the kitchen plan prior to production. After check measure a progress payment of 40% is made and then final drawings are signed off and an installaton date is set.

Manufacture
The cabinets and doors are put into production at A-Plan's factory using the most advanced computer controlled systems.

Installation
Delivery of the assembled cabinets to the client' site is made one day prior to installation. All required trades are organised and works co-ordinated by A-Plan including benchtops, splashbacks, plumbing and electrical where necessary. Final payment is made at this stage.

Completion
Once your cabinets are installed, other services - such as bench tops, splashbacks, etc. are completed you receive a survey by email to rate our performance.
